Learning objectives: After completion of the course you will be able to:
- recognise the anatomy relevant for carpal tunnel syndrome
- establish or exclude diagnosis of CTS based on clinical symptoms and examination
- understand changes in electrophysiologic examinations connected to CTS
- examine patients with suspected CTS with ultrasound
- differentiate normal from pathological ultrasound findings
- diagnose CTS with ultrasound according to the state of the art
